Our journey began in 1978, when the late Francis Buhagiar baked the first batch of traditional Maltese ‘Galletti’ .
Driven by a vision to preserve one of Malta’s most cherished savoury biscuits, he became the pioneer who introduced ‘Galletti’ to the local retail market.
