Our journey began in 1978, when the late Francis Buhagiar baked the first batch of traditional Maltese ‘Galletti’. Driven by a vision to preserve one of Malta’s most cherished savoury biscuits, he became the pioneer who introduced ‘Galletti’ to the local retail market.

Today, CRACKEYS® proudly continues that legacy under the leadership of Francis Buhagiar Jnr, combining over four decades of baking expertise with continuous investment in innovation, quality and product development.
